"I have been with State Farm since 18 and I am 70. Was insured through Bill from 2010 Thru 2015. Wonderful service.. Now purchasing again. Lady that returned my call inref to coverage and I weee definitely on the same page.. I thought at one point she hung up on me.. but she called back. Reiterated several times that other agents in office could here our conversation and she was only asking questions. Wishes me luck and ended the call.. WOW"
"Thank you for your prior business Lonna. I reviewed our notes regarding the attempted quote for you and talked with the team member who spoke with you. It appears you were wanting a quote on a condo in Sun City. In order for us to get you an accurate or correct quote so you are not paying too much or too little we need to verify information regarding the HOA policy. I apologize that we asked you so many questions, but we just don't write up a homeowners policy for you that could cost well over $1000 when what you needed was a condo policy for $500. It turns out you hung up on my team member because the questions must have frustrated you. She honestly thought the call got disconnected but it turns out she probably shouldn't have called back.
